You can apply for Shell Fuel Card at a nearby Shell fuel site by completing the application form and presenting the following documents with your company’s offical chop on:

  1. Photocopy of Business License
  2. Photocopy of the contact person's ID card
If you want to get VAT invoice for all transactions, in addition to the above documents, please also provide the following documents with your company’s official chop on:
  1. Photocopy of the Duplicate of Taxpayer Register
  2. Photocopy of General Taxpayer Qualification
  3. Permit for Opening Bank Account
